MANAMA, June 14: Bahrain announced on Saturday that no abnormal radiation levels have been detected in the kingdom’s atmosphere, and that radiation monitoring is being carried out continuously.
According to the Bahrain News Agency (BNA), the Supreme Council for the Environment confirmed that radiation levels are regularly updated through monitoring stations located across various governorates.
As a precaution, the Council is closely observing any developments that could affect Bahrain’s environmental conditions and emphasized its full coordination with relevant authorities under established emergency response plans.
The Council also urged the public to rely on official sources for information and to refrain from spreading rumors or unverified news. It added that monitoring efforts will continue, and necessary updates will be issued if the situation changes.
