Iraqi smuggler caught

 KUWAIT CITY, Jan 1: An Iraqi national tried to smuggle into Kuwait a gun, electric detonators, tear gas, knives and liquor bottles through Abdali port. Alert Customs men who suspected the Iraqi checked his car, and they were surprised by prohibited items which included 4 cartons of fire-rounds, 39 knives, 6 knuckle dusters, 4 electric detonators, a gun, tear gas and 15 bottles of various types of alcohol.

When the smuggler was questioned on the purpose of smuggling these prohibited items, he stated that it has become cheap and he covers the cost for travel expenses.
