KUWAIT CITY, July 31: Acting on the directives of the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and as part of coordinated efforts to strengthen oversight of the labor market and healthcare sector, authorities—working in collaboration with the Ministry of Health—conducted an intensive inspection campaign at a private medical clinic in Salmiya.
During the operation, officials uncovered an unlicensed clinic stocked with medicines of unknown origin and smuggled drugs, along with storage violations that failed to meet health and safety standards. Legal action was taken against those involved; six individuals were referred to the competent authorities for deportation orders to be carried out for the violators.
The Authority reaffirmed its commitment to working closely with regulatory bodies to safeguard public health and take firm action against anyone who violates public order or endangers lives.
