Illegal constructions in Bneid Al-Gar demolished

KUWAIT CITY, Oct 11: The Governor of the Capital area, Sheikh Talal Al-Khaled, said 45 properties in the East and Bneid Al-Gar regions were checked in housing areas and have demolished 25 properties which were built in violation of the Municipal regulations, reports Al-Rai daily.

This was stated by the governor in a press statement on the sidelines of his inspection tour in Bneid Al-Gar area, as part of his tireless and continuous efforts to follow up and remove building violations in the area’s real estate. Al-Khaled explained 34 warnings were issued by the Municipal emergency of the Capital Governorate branch to violating investment properties in the Bneid Al-Qar region and that 20 owners of the investment properties had responded to warnings and removed the violations. He pointed 11 warnings were issued to investment properties in Sharq and five owners have begun demolishing encroachments and four have been demolished
