KUWAIT CITY, Dec 22: The Ministry of Health is currently experiencing a shortage of some medical supplies in a number of its health facilities — hospitals and specialized centers, reports Al-Jarida daily. An individual disclosed to the daily that he took his young son to Asaad Al-Hamad Center for Dermatology to undergo foot-corn treatment, but he was surprised as there was no medical scalpel at the center; hence, his child could not undergo the treatment
