KUWAIT CITY, Sept 24: The Meteorology Department, under the General Directorate of Civil Aviation, has issued a weather warning for Wednesday morning due to active winds expected to cause dust storms and reduce horizontal visibility.
In a post on its “X” platform account, the department indicated that the country will experience northwesterly winds, potentially exceeding 60 kilometers per hour. This wind activity is expected to generate dust and lower visibility in certain areas, particularly exposed regions, while sea waves may rise above six feet. The warning is in effect from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday.
