KUWAIT CITY, March 23: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a cable of condolences to the President of Bangladesh Mohammad Abdulhamid, expressing sorrow over the casualties in a ferry sinking incident in central Bangladesh.
His Highness the Amir in the cable wished for mercy and solace for those who perished in the accident and their grieving families. He also expressed hopes for swift recovery of the wounded. His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent similar cables (KUNA).
