KUWAIT CITY, June 9: The Ministry of Health is currently studying the revision of its "fees and exemptions" policy for visitors to health facilities. A comprehensive report on the proposed updates is expected to be submitted and implemented soon.
In a related development, the Ministry has recently issued new instructions regarding providing services to Bedouns. According to these instructions, individuals holding valid cards issued by the Central Committee for Bedouns will be exempt from all fees for health services provided by the Ministry. This exemption is in accordance with Ministerial Resolution No. 68 of 2011, which includes these cardholders among the categories eligible for exemption.
