KUWAIT CITY, March 2: An increasing number of Kuwaitis are reportedly glued to the Radio (Al-Bayan) of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (DAESH), organization according to a jihad source, reports Al-Rai daily. However, according to sources the frequency of this radio broadcast does not exceed some areas in Iraq and Syria which are under the control of this organization. Nonetheless, the supporters of this organization follow this radio via broadcasts made on the Internet.

The source explained after the authorities tightened the noose around the social media website Twitter, and closure of thousands of pro-DAESH accounts on this website, the followers were left with no option but take to the Internet. The source explained all those who tune in to this radio in Kuwait neither belong to the DAESH nor have professed their allegiance to the leader of the organization Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, but may be admirers of the ideas of the organization.
