Al-Janoubi pointed out that the preliminary qualifiers in the field of mathematics, for training in the field of debates workshops have already begun, with competitions for the rest of the fields to be held one after the other in youth centers. He singled out the great demand from young people to register in the league this season in various fields, saying they are divided into three levels — beginners (from 7-10 years), intermediate (from 11-14 years), and advanced (from 15-18) years. He added this is one of the national programs within the country’s development plan and clearly focuses on encouraging creativity and technological production for young people based on scientific foundations, noting the distinguished cooperation between the Authority and a number of state agencies related to youth work to make the project activities successful, most notably the Ministry of Education.

Al-Janoubi said that the Creativity League proved to be a great success, as evidenced by the Kuwaiti school debate team winning first place in the sixth international school debate championship in the Arabic language, which was held in Qatar last September, in addition to its remarkable contribution to building and refining the personalities of students. He called on young Kuwaitis to register in the rest of the youth league areas they wish to, via the Public Authority for Youth website (www.youth.gov.kw) and to follow the Authority’s platforms via social media to learn about the places and times of qualifiers, all of which are free.
