KUWAIT CITY, June 12: Several pedestrians and motorists in Qadsiya area were surprised to find an ice cream vendor distributing ice cream to them for free, reports Al-Rai daily.
When asked the reason behind his action, he said an unknown benefactor paid him the cost of all the ice cream with him and asked him to distribute the ice cream for free to others in order to alleviate their suffering in the hot weather and to help him return home so that he can avoid the hot weather.
