Fraudster sought – Civil ID misused

KUWAIT CITY, Feb 5: Police are looking for an unidentified woman who is said to have used the Civil ID of a Kuwaiti woman, which she had reported lost, to buy telephone lines, reports Al-Rai daily. This came to light after the victim realized there were several financial claims in her name and was wanted by law for failure to pay the money. When she inquired about the issue, she discovered there were several phone contracts signed in her name by the suspect in the district of Salwa. She then filed a complaint with the Shamiya Police Station and the latter referred the issued to the Salwa Police Station since the crime was committed in that district.
