KUWAIT CITY, April 17: Four expatriates were arrested in connection with a criminal syndicate responsible for the theft of copper cables valued at 60 thousand dinars. They disguised in workers’ attire, they deceitfully portrayed themselves as employees of the Ministry of Electricity.
