Five Executed in Kuwait as Two Convicts Win Pardon, One Awaits Fate

KUWAIT CITY, April 28: The Correctional Facilities Sector at the Ministry of Interior executed five individuals convicted of premeditated murder at the Central Prison on Monday. Sources from the security sector disclosed that the implementation of the death sentence of one convict was postponed, while two others were pardoned. Sources said all these convicts received final court rulings. It can be recalled that five individuals with final murder conviction were executed in January.
