KUWAIT CITY, Nov 22: Acting on information firemen from the Al Hilal and Madinah fire centers rushed to the basement of a commercial tower in Sharq yesterday and put out the fire. Quick action by firemen prevented the basement from being completely gutted by fire. Firemen are investigating the cause of the fire.
