KUWAIT CITY, July 19: The authorities have initiated an investigation into a quarrel between a citizen and an Bangladeshi expat after a video clip of the fight surfaced on various social networking sites. Both parties involved have been summoned, and a case has been registered to thoroughly examine the circumstances surrounding the incident.

In response to the video evidence showing the Bangladeshi expatriate being subjected to violent assault, the individual promptly lodged a case at the Northwest Sulaibikhat police station yesterday. The security source confirmed that appropriate action will be taken against the person who recorded the incident. Instead of capturing the altercation, the individual recording the video should have intervened to defuse the situation.

Further investigations will be conducted, involving all three individuals—the citizen, the Bangladeshi expat, and the person responsible for filming the clip. The authorities aim to ascertain a comprehensive understanding of the incident and take appropriate measures accordingly.
