KUWAIT CITY, Sept 29: Director of the Meteorological Department Dhirar Al-Ali says Kuwait will experience active winds from Monday through Wednesday. In a statement to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Al-Ali explained that weather maps and numerical models show Kuwait will be affected by an extension of a high-pressure system from the northwest, bringing moderate to strong northwesterly winds exceeding 55 kilometers per hour. These winds will stir up dust, reducing visibility in some areas and causing occasional high waves. The dust is expected to settle gradually by evening, with weather improving and stabilizing by Wednesday evening. Maximum temperatures during this period will range from 39°C to 42°C, while minimum temperatures will be between 26°C and 29°C.(KUNA)
