KUWAIT CITY, July 29: The Ministry of Interior has clarified that the viral video of a delivery bike rider checking and tampering with a meal did not happen in the State of Kuwait, reports Al-Rai daily. The Public Relations and Security Media Department in the ministry urged everyone to be careful spreading false information.
