Expats parking their vehicles on sidewalks – An appeal from a Kuwaiti citizen during his morning walk in Farwaniya documents a video on expats parking their vehicles (Private and public use) on side walks although there is ample of parking place across the sidewalks. Parking vehicles on sidewalks leads to deterioration of sidewalks quickly. He has urged traffic department to take action.
