Expat selling medical records for KD 10 at health center arrested

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 11: The Ministry of Interior criminal security department represented by the Capital Investigation Department arrested a person working in a health center who was selling medical records for KD 10 with old dates. He was referred to the competent authorities in order to take the necessary legal measures against him.
