KUWAIT CITY, Sep 4: The victim of a recent road accident in Oyoun, where he was hit by a vehicle driven by a Kuwaiti citizen, has been identified as a 43-year-old expatriate. According to security sources, the initial report indicated that an unidentified person had been run over by a vehicle and died, and no identifying evidence was found on the victim at the scene. After the body was transferred to the Forensic Medicine Unit and fingerprinted, it was confirmed that the deceased was an expatriate born in 1981. The Kuwaiti motorist involved is currently under investigation.
