Expat Father Flees Kuwait with Daughters, Police Issue Arrest Warrant

KUWAIT CITY, Mar 4:  Police have issued an arrest warrant against an unidentified expatriate born in 1987, who is said to have left the country with his two daughters (one-year-old and 3 years old), reports Al-Anba daily. The wife of the expatriate has filed a case with the Maidan Hawalli police station accusing the man of kidnapping her daughters. In her complaint she said, that when she returned home she did not find her husband and daughters and when she called the man on the phone, he reportedly said, he was leaving the country and that the plane is about to take off.
