KUWAIT CITY, Sep 25: A Gulf national, born in 1983, visited the Al-Dhaher police station to report the theft of an iPad Pro from his home's diwaniya. He did not accuse anyone specifically, and a misdemeanor case was registered.
In a separate incident, Ahmadi police apprehended an expatriate caught in the act of stealing state property. According to a security source, the expatriate was discovered after entering a transformer to steal cables. A citizen had alerted the operations center about the suspicious activity involving the transformer, and it was later revealed that the thief violated residency laws.
