Employment Benefits for Doctors Born to Kuwaiti Women with Expat Spouses

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 6: Minister of Health Dr Ahmed Al-Awadi recently issued a ministerial decision to amend the mechanism for hiring doctors born to Kuwaiti women married to foreigners, reports Al-Rai daily quoting sources. Sources affirmed that the decision stipulates better employment benefits for these doctors as follows:
■ end of service privileges,
■ right to promotion with the corresponding financial benefits,
■ career advancement and job title modification
■ job security Sources said this is a continuation of a previous decision to directly employ doctors born to Kuwaiti women married to non-Kuwaitis.
