KUWAIT CITY, April 9: An Egyptian died on the spot and four other expatriate workers were rushed to hospital with serious injuries following a traffic accident on the Sixth Ring Road, reports Al-Jarida daily. The five men were riding in Jeep and the vehicle overturned due to an unknown reason. Police, firefighters and paramedics rushed to the spot and rescued the four men who were trapped in the vehicle. Meanwhile a heavy vehicle toppled on Sixth Ring Road, resulting in injuries to the driver and his passenger, both Asians. According to security sources, when the Operations Room of Ministry of Interior received information about the accident, securitymen, paramedics and firefighters were dispatched to the location. The two injured expatriates were referred to the nearest hospital for treatment. Investigations revealed that exceeding the speed limits was the main reason behind the accident.
