KUWAIT CITY, Feb 29: An unidentified Indian who was caught napping beside a car has been referred to the Hawalli Police Station because he was drunk, reports Al-Anba daily.
According to security sources, when the Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior was informed, police patrol and paramedics rushed to the spot only to find people looking at the man from a distance for fear be may be infected with the coronavirus, while some believed he may have had a heart attack, but no one approached.
However, when the paramedics discovered he was high on alcohol, he was taken to the area police station.
