KUWAIT CITY, Nov 26: An African man was arrested at Sa’ad Al- Abdullah Airport for attempting to smuggle 320 Tramadol pills into the country. According to sources, customs officers at the airport suspected the passenger who had arrived from overseas and checked him to find the hidden pills. He was arrested and referred with the confiscated Tramadol pills to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action.Drunkard arrested: Security operatives overpowered a drunken citizen, in his 30s, who resisted arrest violently in Mahboula, while uttering insulting and abusive words against the officers. The officers ordered the citizen to stop for inspection when they realized he was disoriented, so they demanded for his identification documents which he refused to present. They ordered him into the police car but he resisted violently that they had to overpower and force him to comply. He kept repeating a statement at the police station, “By Allah, I will deal with you.”
