KUWAIT CITY, Dec 27: Yesterday evening, capital security patrolmen referred two young men to the General Administration for Drug Control after they were caught in the Sulaibikhat area in a state of drug abuse and possession of narcotic substances and abuse tools. The men were arrested on suspicion after they were caught for reckless driving. After the driver was told to pull over, the officer discovered both men – the driver and the person in the passenger seat were under the influence of drugs. Police have seized from them a quantity of drugs and drug paraphernalia.
