Drop in blood sugar causes expat fall at a mall in Hawally

KUWAIT CITY, Apr 24: A video clip of a person lying on the ground at Al Rehab Complex in Hawally area went viral.

The security sources said that an expat had an epilepsy due to extremely low blood sugar.
