Driving to Jahra from Salmiya? Fifth Ring Road Reopens

KUWAIT CITY, July 20: The General Traffic Department has announced the reopening of the Fifth Ring Road from the intersection of Issa Al-Qatami Street to the Amman Street exit toward Jahra, effective Monday, July 21, 2025. The reopening follows the completion of scheduled maintenance work aimed at improving road conditions and ensuring public safety.
