KUWAIT CITY, June 2: The Ministry of Interior has urged high school graduates to celebrate responsibly by adhering to security and traffic regulations to ensure public safety and reflect a positive, civilized image of society.
In a statement released by the General Department of Public Relations and Security Media, the ministry emphasized that excessive vehicle decorations, including placing stickers or graduation photos on windshields, constitute traffic violations that can obstruct the driver’s view and pose a danger to public safety.
The ministry also warned against blocking roads or gathering in key areas in a manner that disrupts traffic flow. It stressed the importance of avoiding reckless behavior that could endanger both drivers and pedestrians.
Authorities reminded the public that celebrations must comply with existing laws and regulations and called on everyone to cooperate in maintaining safety and order during graduation festivities.
