KUWAIT CITY, April 27: The judge presiding over the Criminal Court issued an order banning the publication of any news related to the case that Sheikh Hamad Sabah Al- Ahmad Al-Sabah filed against Sheikh Ali Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah and others, reports Al-Rai daily. In a press statement, the court clarified that taking into consideration the grievance against the filing of the decision issued by the Public Prosecution regarding case number 1504 for the year 2021 and Capital Prosecution grievances inventory number 214 for the year 2022; the publication of anything about the case is prohibited. The advisor ordered the head of the court to ban the publication of news, information or data about the case on print, visual and audio media platforms, as well as the information network.
