KUWAIT CITY, Aug 31: The Public Authority for Civil Information (PACI) portrayed an unorganized scenario in the midst of congestion near the front gate of PACI as people rushed to be the first in queue without adhering to the precautionary measures and instructions issued by the health authorities to prevent the spread of the coronavirus, reports Al-Seyassah daily.

The daily added, securitymen rushed to the site and instilled discipline with support from the security guards. In the meantime, a senior source at the PACI said the authority has started ‘distributing’ Civil IDs for the expatriates. The daily quoting PACI sources also said the authority on a daily basis receives about 10,000 applications for renewal of expired IDs.
