KUWAIT CITY, Apr 1: MP Safaa Al-Hashem said that the demographic disorder caused the deterioration of public services and infrastructure.

She stated that “We are now with this epidemic and its spread and we suffer from these two issues, I had previously made proposals which was totally disregarded and even underestimated this issue, and I received the worst kinds of charges, slander and insult, pointing out that the secret code in this file are the visa traders and expats who bought visas and their influence into various ministries”.
