Delivery boys held in Jahra campaign

KUWAIT CITY, May 4: The third joint committee comprising of officers from General Department for Residency Security, Public Authority for Manpower and Kuwait Municipality continue to hold its daily inspection campaigns.

Mohammad Daham Al-Dhufairi, who is affiliated to this committee, explained that a campaign was held in Jahra area during which 65 delivery workers were arrested.

Among them, 21 are registered as domestic workers and 44 are registered under visa 18. He affirmed that legal actions will be taken against the violators, and files of the sponsors under whom these workers are registered will be suspended.
