Decomposed body of an American found in an apartment

KUWAIT CITY, Aug 29: An American expat was found dead in his apartment in Fahd Al Ahmad area. A complaint was received from his neighbors about a foul smell coming out of the apartment. When the security men reached the location and opened the apartment door, a decomposed body was found which was believed that more than five days had passed.
