KUWAIT CITY, April 29: The Criminal Court has sentenced a Kuwaiti citizen to death for the premeditated murder of his house driver, whose body was discovered buried near the Umm Al-Ghara scrap yard. The case came to light after authorities received a tip about a man discarding blood-stained clothing in a trash bin in Saad Al-Abdullah.

Following the report, the Criminal Security Sector, represented by the Jahra Governorate Investigations Department, launched an immediate investigation. Surveillance footage helped identify a suspect who was seen disposing of the clothes. Authorities tracked the vehicle involved and discovered bloodstains inside it, leading to the arrest of the accused.

During interrogation, the suspect confessed to killing his driver and dumping the body in a desert area behind the scrap yard. He led investigators to the site where the body was found. The victim was confirmed to have been working as the suspect’s house driver. A criminal case was filed, and the accused was referred to the competent authorities for prosecution.
