Daughters a student dependent visa expired, can I get her on visit visa?

My daughter was with me until 2016 March under dependent Visa. After her 10th standard she went to India for higher studies hoping that every six months she can re-enter Kuwait. But unfortunately she did not come back because of leave problems in her college and her visa got expired. Is is possible to bring her again in Kuwait.
