KUWAIT CITY, Jan 14: The Public Authority for Industry (PAI) has called for the inclusion of non-industrial buildings in the Shaddidiya Industrial Zone in the approved spatial plan for the region, reports Al-Qabas daily. In a letter addressed to the Municipality regarding the completion of the design, implementation, completion and maintenance of infrastructure works for the Shaddadiya Industrial Zone, the authority stressed the vitality and importance of this project to the state, which is currently under construction.

The sources explained that due to the need to issue licenses for buildings and facilities included in the contract, the data of non-industrial buildings in the previously approved cadastral plan for the Shaddadiya Industrial Zone is not clear.

The sources noted that the plans that were sent from the Authority show all the required data of coordinates and areas, and called on the Kuwait Municipality Survey Department to take necessary procedures to include the data of those buildings within the approved spatial plan
