KUWAIT CITY, Dec 6: An official decree was issued by His Highness the Crown Prince, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, announcing a three-month suspension of public servants’ appointment, promotion, transfer, and secondment. The decree, subject to renewal, was published as an addendum to the official gazette (Kuwait Today) on the specified date.
