KUWAIT CITY, Dec 26: The Ahmadi police have arrested an unidentified cross-dresser and referred the person to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily added, at the time of arrest the suspect was wearing women’s clothes and makeup. The person was initially ordered to pull over for violating a traffic law - driving a vehicle with tinted glass.
When the person produced the ID, the officer saw the picture of a young man but in reality the person behind the wheel was ‘a woman’ wearing full makeup. The person has been charged with impersonating women
