Court delays ruling on Hamad Al-Alyan’s case to Sept 30

Appeal Court postponed Hamad Al-Alyan’s case verdict to September 30

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 8: The Court of Appeal has decided to delay the case of former MP Hamad Al-Alyan until September 30 for a verdict. Previously, the Court of Appeal had suspended the execution of Al-Alyan's sentence and released him on bail of 2,000 dinars pending the outcome of the appeal.
