Court acquits woman of her role in loans worth KD 500K

KUWAIT CITY, Sept 11:The Civil Court acquitted a female citizen in several financial cases, in which the money involved amounted to KD500,000 as her husband has been proven to have taken advantage of their marital relationship to deceive her into setting up a company and then he took loans under her name.

Several financial cases were filed against the female citizen, including breach of corporate contracts, when her husband forged her signature to conclude many contracts and obtain huge loans.
