KUWAIT CITY, Dec 3: The First Instance Court acquitted the manager of a contracting company of stealing movable assets owned by the company, and handed out various punishments to 7 other suspects for the same accusation.The Public Prosecution charged the manager and seven other employees for stealing the company’s assets. In defense of the manager, Attorney Muhammad Al-Husseini argued that the law allows employees to use movable assets and doesn’t criminalize the act, citing Article 25 of the penal act.
