KUWAIT CITY, Feb 14: Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department are looking for an unidentified heartless person for dumping the corpse of a new born baby in a garbage container near the Salmiya Fire Station, reports Al-Rai daily.
According to a security source when the Operations Room of the Ministry of the Interior received a report on the incident, the Hawalli police and medical emergency team rushed to the spot and found the dead child.
The corpse of the baby has been referred to Forensics. In the meantime police are looking for the parents of the dead baby.
