KUWAIT CITY, Sept 30: The Ministry of Islamic Affairs has issued Circular No. 20/2025, announcing the suspension of the strict electricity and water conservation measures that were implemented during the summer, particularly during peak hours from 11:00am to 5:00pm, in ministry buildings, mosques, and their associated facilities, reports Al- Seyassah daily. This decision is based on a statement issued by the Ministry of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy confirming that such measures are no longer necessary due to the drop in temperatures and a corresponding decline in electrical loads. The circular, signed by Undersecretary Dr. Bader Al-Mutairi, affirms the continued application of general rationalization policies during non-peak periods
