KUWAIT CITY, Jun 23: The Kuwait Municipality has issued a warning to Kuwaiti citizens who own private and rental buildings, advising them to avoid legal violations. This warning pertains to the practice of renting out the basements of their homes and converting them into warehouses, following the evacuation of basements in investment and commercial properties and the removal of related violations.
