KUWAIT CITY, April 27: The Court of Appeals ruled that an investigator at the Criminal Investigation General Department should be paid KD 4,000 compensation for the moral damages he suffered when a female legal practitioner filed several complaints against him without presenting evidence, reports Al-Seyassah daily. It has been reported that the baseless complaints damaged the reputation of the investigator, taking into consideration the use of offensive phrases and abuse that are beyond the framework of one’s right to submit a complaint.
