We are 10 working in a Kuwaiti company. We did not get paid for the last two months. We came to Kuwait on March 5, 2018 and have worked only for 4 months. We didn’t get our salary regularly and also food. The company asks KD 1,000 for release otherwise we want to leave Kuwait.Answer: If the company is not living up to its contractual obligations by way of regular salary payments and provisions of food, then you have no other option that to file a complaint against the company with the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, through the Labor office in your area.Kindly send your queries to [email protected] or [email protected] Kindly go through our archives and refrain from sending repeated questions
