KUWAIT CITY, June 3:  Kuwait Airways Chairman Abdulmohsen Al-Faqan affirmed on Tuesday the company’s commitment to ensuring smooth, convenient, easy, and simplified procedures for pilgrims departing to the holy lands, in full coordination with all relevant sectors in the country.

The statement was issued by Kuwait Airways during the farewell of the first group of pilgrims traveling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to perform Hajj. The national carrier welcomed them at Terminal 4 (T4) and presented souvenirs as part of their send-off.

Al-Faqan extended his best wishes to the pilgrims, noting that the farewell event reflects the airline’s consistent commitment to providing all means of comfort for pilgrims, both during their departure and upon their safe return to the homeland.

He added that Kuwait Airways has made thorough preparations for the Hajj season by forming a permanent Hajj and Umrah committee. This committee, composed of representatives from the company’s key sectors, monitors Hajj and Umrah flights throughout the year to ensure an optimal travel experience for pilgrims aboard Kuwait Airways.

Al-Faqan emphasized that the committee works to meet all customer needs and expectations, stressing the company’s ongoing efforts to deliver the highest level of service to its pilgrims.
